Fix 1 — Promise
Current first screen says what the business does, but not the buyer outcome. Replace with: “Book a same-week boiler repair without waiting on callbacks.”
Fix 2 — Proof beside CTA
Move reviews, insurance note, and response-time promise directly under the main button. Visitors should not scroll to decide whether the company is safe.
Fix 3 — One next step
Replace three competing buttons with one primary action: “Send repair details.” Add a short form/email prompt with address, issue, urgency, and photo option.
